Reserve a Booth

If you are hosting a booth at the Earth Day Celebration, you will need to fill out an online form at the Idaho State Tax Commission. This must be completed at least 10 days before the event or you will NOT be allowed to participate. No exceptions!

ALL PARTICIPANTS must do the following:

Go to tax.idaho.gov/GoToTAP and under “Other Services” click “Temporary Sellers and Promoters.”

Choose “Seller” on the next page and then click “Next.”

Choose “Temporary” on the next page and then click “Next.”

On the following page you need to enter the Event ID, (Event ID: 1271373824), then click “Next.”

On the next page, enter your seller information, click “Next,” and then verify your information.

When you reach the Confirmation page, you’re notified that you’ve been sent an email with the information they need in order to participate in this sales event including a form to display.

INCLUDED in your booth reservation: One 6-foot table and two chairs. If you require more tables or chairs, please contact us.

ALL BOOTHS MUST BE STAFFED DURING THE ENTIRE EARTH DAY CELEBRATION (10:00 am - 3:00 pm).

Live animals cannot be taken inside the zoo.

Display setup should be completed by 9:30 am on Saturday, April 25th.
